Misión**

The role as a Customer Master Data Analyst is to ensure that the information from our customers are correctly processed and validated into our ERP accordingly and in compliance with our internal policies and quality standards in order to have every piece of master data correctly to process the Accounts Receivable accordingly without disruptions.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Set up of new customers in ERPs following procedures and in compliance with our internal policies.
- Work along with our internal customers in order to validate the customer information and solve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity and completeness
- Coordinate and execute account creation, updates and analysis using various systems including SAP includes set-up and maintenance of customer accounts and pricing.
- Clearly communicating in written and verbal communications
**Escolaridad**

Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, business.

**Conocimientos**
- General accounting knowledge
- Accounts Receivable process in a company
- Teamwork
- Effective business writing and communication skills
**Experiência**
- Experience handling ERPs
- Maintenance of Customer or Vendor Master Data
- Experience using SAP/JDE
