Develop Strong Plan in order to Sustain Zero Registrable Accidents in Piedras Negras
- Develop Strong Plan to Succeed in all the ISO Certification 14001, 45001, 5001 & 9001
- Control of Inventory of Warehouse and Distribution Center.
- Manage the day-to-day activities necessary to purchase raw materials, MRO, supplies, and services that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply; enter orders into the SAP system for managerial approval and release
- Support the analysis of supplier bids, tenders, proposals, or quotations with terms that are in the organization’s best interest; keep the prices and vendor info in SAP & Others Systems updated.
- Communicate with Supply Chain team & vendors to resolve problems in terms of on time delivery, service, or quality of supplies
- Identify Opportunities in the purchasing process in order to work as a team with Sourcing, researching, and evaluating suppliers that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.
- Support the Assessment of supplier’s products to ensure they that they comply with

specifications and meet the organization’s quality standards
- Attend organized Supplier Audits in coordination with Quality, measure Supplier Performance regularly and implement Vendor Ranking accordingly
- Collect purchasing related data and provide Management with operational reporting.
- Managing of Warehouse Team and Coordinate Shipping Activities (RM & MRO).
