**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Summary**:

- Performs PPAP Annual Revalidations as required.

**Essential Functions**:

- Review of Customer Portals scorecards and PPAP Orders.
- Work in completion of Customer PPAP with Project Quality Engineer.
- The employee has the authority to stop the production line, when he/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect.

**Management & Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Job **is** **NOT directly** responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).

**Knowledge**:

- Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Capability Studies.
- Knowledge in PFMEA & Control Plan methodology.
- Familiar with Customer PPAP requirements according to AIAG.
- Support PSA Activities and procedures with team members
- Perform all those activities that by the nature of the position are required.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of Quality or Manufacturing experience in the automotive/truck industry with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Tier 1 supplier is required related to PPAP submission.
- Customer requirements knowledge (FORD, Paccar, Volvo, Navistar) is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Capable of working in a Team environment with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Project planning and follow-up skills essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Able to translate and review documents in English.

**Education/Certifications**:

- BS/BSET degree required in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 1 year of experience in an engineering environment.
- Working knowledge of Automotive/Trucking Industry Quality requirements and standards a plus.
