Bilingual Administrative Assistant

The American School Foundation is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for the Middle School.

Objective: Support all the processes of the area or division. Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the databases and files of the office to keep them organized and updated. Administer the office by facilitating and coordinating the general activities.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in administrative areas preferred.
- Bilingual: Spanish & English. (Interviews will be done in English)
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft and Mac Systems.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Customer service oriented to the Area/Division needs.
- Experience with budget control and the creation of executive presentations.
- Ability to positively relate with other people, coordinate and work in teams.
- Problem-solving skills related to office operation.
- Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Oral and written communication skills in both Spanish & English.
