**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities/Functions**:

- Engage with customers to understand customer requirements, timeline, resource availability
- Technical expert for web and mobile development area
- Develop and deliver high quality software products using full technology stack
- Engage with customer technical team to explain product solution
- Design and develop a plan to implement a solution on budget and on time
- Collaborate with software developers to develop integration product based on customer feedback to improve time to market
- Anticipate new trends and customer needs and find new and innovative ways to solve complex challenges
- Keep abreast of latest technology trends and provide recommendations on how new technologies and processes could help improve the team.
- Provide development time estimates and be able to consistently deliver on-time, high-quality code.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and keep task notes and daily update progress in our ticketing system.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- BS degree in computer or related area of study
- Web and Mobile development experience
- Good experience in Android, React.js (React Native), node.js, Angular framework - a web based framework
- Experience in HTML and CSS
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles
- Must a have technical understanding of cloud-based technologies, associated security protocols
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL writing skills
- The ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and work well with mínimal supervision
- Experience working in a small development team following the Agile Scrum methodology
- Communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing with persons having diverse backgrounds of knowledge and experience; conduct meetings and make professional presentations; teach complex concepts and explain technical material to non-technical users
