**WordPress Designer and Developer**

**Resumen del Puesto**

**Responsabilidades Clave**
- Diseñar y desarrollar sitios web en WordPress, utilizando temas y plugins personalizados cuando sea necesario.
- Implementar interfaces intuitivas y responsivas, optimizadas para todos los dispositivos.
- Mantener y actualizar sitios existentes, garantizando rendimiento, seguridad y compatibilidad.
- Colaborar con otros equipos (marketing, contenido, producto) para traducir necesidades en soluciones web efectivas.
- Optimizar el SEO técnico y la velocidad de carga de los sitios.
- Documentar el trabajo realizado y proponer mejoras continuas en diseño y desarrollo.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência comprobable en desarrollo WordPress.
- Experiência con constructores visuales como Elementor.
- Familiaridad con buenas prácticas de seguridad y optimización de sitios web.
- Capacidad de comunicación clara y trabajo en equipo.
- Conocimiento básico de PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript y MySQL.
