We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. This a remote, work from home position. Complete fluency in **English is required.** Need to be able to **answer all phone calls** and work in a fast-paced environment.
**9am-5pm CTS Monday - Friday**
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate current client inquiries and phone calls and making sure they feel seen and heard
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our paralegal's schedules organized and grow our caseload
- Getting all important data at first contact with clients
- Provide detailed written summaries about clients’ needs to attorney/paralegals
**Requirements**:
- Previous Immigration Law Firm experience a plus
- Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
- Customer service experience is highly valued
- Available to be on call and work on weekdays
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
- This is a Bilingual speaking position English/Spanish REQUIRED.
Pay: $9,018.78 per month
Work Location: Remote
