**About the job**:
In your future role as ServiceNow Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical best practices.

**In your future role as ServiceNow Specialist you will**:

- _
Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions to meet business and technical requirements_
- _ Oversee the execution of ServiceNow development and configuration projects, ensuring best practices are followed._
- _ Provide technical guidance to the team and junior members while supporting technical governance processes._
- _ Work closely with business process owners to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet operational needs and drive end-user adoption._
- _ Analyze platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions._

**We believe you bring**:

- _
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in technical area of expertise_
- _ Experience in ServiceNow configuration_
- _ Expertise in integrations (APIs, JDBC, file-based parsers) and Service Portal development_
- _ Knowledge in ITMS, HRSD, SPM and App Engine Applications_

**Great if you have**:

- _
ServiceNow Certificated System Administrator_
- _ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer_
- _ ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management_
