**Responsibilities**

Analyzing work systems and developing strategies to minimize waste (including time, resources, and costs).

Designing layouts and workflows for plants, factories, or workplaces to improve productivity.

Balancing worker efficiency with equipment utilization and ensuring tasks are assigned optimally.

Working with cross-functional departments (operations, logistics, supply chain) to improve overall business performance.
