**Responsibilities**: - Assists in providing accounting guidance and support for Citi business units. - Assists in strengthening and providing controls by showing transparency of the Balance Sheet. - Typically deals with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs. - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. **Qualifications**: - 6-10 years of experience - Industry/function, analysis, communication skills, technical proficiency **Education**: - Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree - **Job Family Group**: Finance - **Job Family**: Balance Sheet Control - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
