Customer Quality Assurance Engineer

In charge of checking all parts for containment in all locations and ensure communication with Customer for the containment’s activities and the identification of product. - Ensures proper follow up on shopfloor of containment activities in order to protect Customer. (Not responsible of the task in shopfloor). - Ensures all phases from 8D’s or problem solving (ensures that Quality tool from Customer is respected). - Provide feedback to the Customer related to the activities from 8D’s. - Track the 8D’s in master list and ensure that timings are accomplish. - Provide answer to Customers through portals or via mail. - Audit the Corrective actions propose by multidisciplinary team in the floor. - Ensure the accomplishment of the processes and Quality policies. - Support all activities to obtain and maintain the Quality certification ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. - Participation in third-party certification audits, customer audits and corrective actions response in time and manner. - Ensures to work with all departments to ensure to follow the quality system and NC’s closure. - Continuously work to stablish and improve the Internal Quality system (procedures, work instructions, form, etc.). - Lead and participate in workshops for improvement of the Quality system. - Participation in the definition of key indicators of Quality. Follow up KPI’s and continuous improvement of processes. **Qualifications** "Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Similar. Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years. Desired Green Belt training. Core Tools (APQP, PPAP process, MSA,SPC, PFMEA, control plan). Problem solving, 8D’s, QRQC. Customer audits. Customer portals. Technical skills. Mechanical skills. Communication skills. Time management skills. Organizational skills.
