Leading activities across all therapeutic areas to ensure a state-of-the-art process compliance and data analytics across local MAF roles." **Duties and Responsibilities** PMEO leads team activities in the country under her/his responsibility, which consist of: - Provide strategic leadership for PrMeC group as a Medical Intelligence area to reinforce customer engagement & internal execution capabilities through KPIs/impact measurement of MAF activities. - Process Excellence: Process improvement hub to integrate, implement and monitor processes (SOPs and WI) across MAF team, including BP process alignment and management (execution tracking). - Drives quantitative & qualitative metrics implementation for impact in KOL engagement & insight driven decision making - Collaborates with MEM to represent the local organization as governance body of the MSL role in the region - Provide strategic leadership to MAF team as a Medical Intelligence area leading data analytics that integrates quantitative and qualitative KPIs such as Insight management, CSAT, ACP, Advocacy Score - Ensures data intelligence dissemination inside MAF Mexico, CVTs, FVTs in coordination with MM and FM, integrating field and CME data. Continued Medical Education (CME) - Leads CME coordination: - Speaker frequency management - Coordinates management CME innovative channels (VR, Gamification) - Medical Education Strategy - Support customer engagement through event impact & speaker metrics for excellence in execution **Qualifications**: - Health care career, i.e. degree in Life sciences desirable (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Nutrition) and background on medical compliance, data management roles, field effectiveness, business insights; - Fluent in the national language (spanish) and English language is required; - Medical or pharmaceutical sciences with proven expertise and experience in pharmaceutical regulations and processes is preferred; - Experience in data intelligence management; - Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Affairs or related (medical education or field medical management); - Previous experience as Project Manager; - People management or group leading; - Position based in Mexico City (DF).
