Your Role

Gensler is looking for an exceptional Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist that can effectively manage full cycle recruiting for executive, senior, and/or strategic leadership positions at our firm. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will support the business in attracting the best talent to the firm.

What You Will Do
- Network and engage with employees, professional organizations, social media (for example LinkedIn), and other proactive channels.
- Influence interest from key prospects to consider opportunities at Gensler through relationship building.
- Provide insight and advice to business stakeholders on market trends, competitor information, market challenges and talent acquisition strategies.
- Partner with Executive Leaders to understand talent requirements as well as formulating and delivering appropriate sourcing search strategies based on these requirements.
- Continuously build talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.
- Assist other TA/HR members with offer package preparation and negotiation.
- Manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and scalability in a fast-paced work environment.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field required.
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition processes.
- 100% bilingual English/Spanish, well written with excellent verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team setting to accomplish business objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills and management capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Must be proactive, with the ability to engage with leadership to create strategies and delivery methods for solutions to important business issues.
- Ability to manage through ambiguity and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective, positive working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership.
