Product Support Specialist

We are hiring a **Product Support Specialist** toprovide foundational product knowledge and exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient call handling, case management, and accurate solutions. This role supports the LineOne team, dealers, and sales by balancing needs, solving problems, and delivering timely results.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Case Management & Call Handling:
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Demonstrate full understanding of seating product line and basic understanding of surface materials.
- Scope and filter cases appropriately before transferring or escalating them.
- Utilize Salesforce to track, assign, and follow up on cases.
- Customer Service & Sales Support:
- Provide reliable and consistent solutions to support dealers and sales inquiries.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to build trust with the internal team and external stakeholders.
- Understand the varying needs of sales teams, dealers, and end customers to deliver tailored support.
- Problem Solving & Resolution:
- Effectively manage tensions during calls while balancing competing needs.
- Identify and implement appropriate solutions with a customer-first mindset.
- Process Adherence & Team Collaboration:
- Follow established team protocols and processes with mínimal oversight.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and consistent work outputs.
- Professional Outreach:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and dependability in all interactions.
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and self-motivation to achieve daily objectives.

**Who You Are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required - A completed undergraduate degree is necessary for this role.
- Advanced English proficiency - Must be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge in computer tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role - support, service, or administrative roles; experience in a customer-facing role is expected.
- High accuracy and speed - Must be able to deliver precise work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) - Able to convey information clearly and professionally, with a friendly tone.Well-developed organizational skills - Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Ability to work independently - Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Extensive computer skills - Confident navigating multiple systems, tools, and software platforms efficiently.
