**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Digital Designer will be a part of the creative team and be responsible for carrying out creative adaptation work. As a designer you will need to be comfortable with taking design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines. You will be producing design to the client’s brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Creation of master media assets for web and apps, guidelines and visual identity.
- Creation by assets for media plans, adaptations, promotional concepts creation.
- To work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of creative quality.
- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client’s marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on members.
- Producing beautiful and innovative work across platforms and channels based on Client’s brief.
- Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- To be responsible for the full creative lifecycle from concept to execution
- To ensure that creative output is of the highest quality of creative concept, design and artwork.
- To review and improve ways of working across markets
- To work closely with the project manager & co-creators to create strong concepts from the initial briefing
- To assist & proactively pitch creative solutions in response to Client’s requirements, briefs & marketing strategies
- To manage the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications
- To ensure all design work adheres to the platforms guidelines and requirements

**Abilities / Competences**:

- A passion for design and conception.
- You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation.
- Consistent record of taking on, interpreting and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative.
- Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off. While also effectively organizing and prioritizing workloads to manage client delivery
- Excellent Adobe suite skills Excellent motion design skill set.
- Motion and video skills using After Effects & Premiere Storyboarding Animation concepts.
- The ability to use After Effects and associated motion software.
- A passion for 2D motion graphics design and animation, with the ability to animate a variety of styles of techniques.
- Experience in: Digital, Print, Motion Graphics, Web Design, Artwork, Production.
- Retouching experience and skills to mid-level.

**Experience and Eduacation**:

- English Level: Advanced in Writing, Speaking and Listening.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or similar.
- At least 2-3 years of provable experience.

- Monthly Base Salary: $25,000.00 MX
