**Actividades principales**
- Aplica las herramientas y metodologías de Carrier Excellence en entornos empresariales y de fabricación para impulsar los mejores procesos de su clase, al tiempo que trabaja para convertirse en un reconocido Carrier Excellence Practitioner/Carrier Excellence Master.
- Participa en evaluaciones de centros de excelencia del transportista para obtener certificaciones de centros y células de excelencia del transportista.
- Responsable de las métricas mensuales de rendimiento de Carrier Excellence que se centran en los objetivos de la organización en las áreas de costes, eficiencia y calidad.
- Demostrar la correcta aplicación e interpretación de los criterios de Carrier Excellence para obtener la certificación como evaluador Carrier Excellence Silver/Gold.
- Implantar la logística ajustada en las instalaciones
- Implementar proyectos de productividad
- Centrarse en la excelencia operativa
