**We will count on you to**:

- Develop creative and impactful solutions to transformation projects.
- Integrate different fields of knowledge (communication, strategy, innovation, HR, digital) to develop frameworks and transformation journeys with clients
- Build and develop strong business relationships with clients
- Support transformation projects, organizational design, work redesign and cultural change, talent development, compensation, etc.
- Contribute to Project team development and skills

**What you need to have**:

- Professional experience of more than 3 years in similar projects is a must: management consulting projects, or organizational design projects and its different streams like — structure, roles and responsibilities, governance, achieved through benchmarking, restructuring, organizational data analytics, strategic analysis, etc
- Experience supporting project teams with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. Adaptability to work with diverse team members and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to support team efforts effectively
- Strong analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communications as well as strong presentation skills.
- High English proficiency.
- Ability to develop relationships with various business areas including executive leaders.
- Ability to manage large sets of data and translate it into relevant information to the clients
- Critical thinking
