Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Senior Business Analyst**to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering product features that align with operational needs. You will leverage agile practices, strong communication skills, and a drive for building outstanding product solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Define and prioritize product backlog items, including user stories and epics, based on strategic goals and customer impact
- Work closely with stakeholders such as development teams, designers, and business units to gather requirements and convert them into actionable specifications
- Act as the main contact for product-related questions and decisions throughout the development process
- Analyze end user feedback to uncover opportunities and guide product strategy
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives
- Track product performance, review key metrics, and refine features to enhance user satisfaction and business results
- Ensure the development team is aligned with the product vision, objectives, and expected outcomes
- Regularly communicate product progress, updates, demonstrations, and challenges to stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Skilled in stakeholder management and documentation of business analysis artifacts
- Proficient in eliciting information and conducting requirements analysis
- Demonstrated success in delivering software products from initial concept to launch
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFE frameworks
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to perform user story mapping and user research
- Basic understanding of wireframing and prototyping
- Solid grasp of the software development life cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong presentation skills
- Capable of data analysis and interpretation
- Effective problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher
