**As a Sourcing Project Manager, you will drive fulfillment and quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. Select suppliers through qualification processes. Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed. Develops operational plan for own department. Contributions to plan of the larger unit.**:**As a Sourcing Project Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- **Managing supplier development including assisting key suppliers towards QA. Support suppliers in reaching optimum quality and industrial standards of excellence.**:

- **Understand contract requirements and follow up a supplier execution and compliance to contract requirements both in fulfillment and quality. Develop action plan in case of delays or quality issues.**:

- **Communicating effectively with all related internal functional areas. Influencing stakeholders to meet the objectives.**:

- **Providing Service unit services to the function or directly to the business.**:

- **Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.**:

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- **Bachelor’ Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.**:

- **Have at least 5 years of experience in Project Managment of large projects. Proven technical metal-mechanical or metallurgical background). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Supplier Quality Development.**:

- **Strong leadership skills and comunication skills and be able to comunicate with all levels of organization to get the best results.**:

- **Bilingual English and Spanish. Strong communication skills on both language**:

- **Mastery of project management tools and Techniques to be able to clearly identify critical routes and understand when the project is deviating from required path.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills. Be able to identify root causes and have the leadership skills to align the team to correct and bring projects back on track.**
