We are looking for our next Inside Sales Specialist for the Guadalajara area.

Our Inside Sales Specialist will bethe initial and sustained inside sales contact for designated customers.

As main activities you will have:

- Plans and completes assignments within customer expectations/deadlines.
- Prioritize and handle multiple work assignments
- Identify and present new ideas for improved processes and procedures.
- Assist with quotation coordination.
- Interact with Direct Customers, Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain Management, and Finance.
- Proactive support of forecast, blankets, and backlog.
- Act as the initial point of contact for end-of-life guidance to focus customers.
- Initiate new customer setup in JDE.
- Continually keeping up with competing products and technologies.
- Represent Omron in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.
- Represents the Omron Guiding Principles through personal and business interactions with employees, distributors, and colleagues.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education:Bachelor´s degree (International business, international trade, business administration or related)

**Experience**:
3 to 5 years in a business-to-business Customer Support position or with Omron using JDE, Onset, and OmronNow.

Must be fluent in Spanish and English
