Estamos en búsqueda de talento para la posición**:Java BackEnd developer.**

**Experiência**:

- +5 años de experiência desarrollando en Java.
- Dominio de programación orientada a objetos, patrones de diseño y principios SOLID.
- ** Spring Boot**, **Hibernate** y arquitectura de microservicios.
- Conocimiento en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales (**MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB**).
- ** Docker, Kubernetes**, y plataformas en la nube (**AWS, Azure**).
- ** CI/CD**.
- Git.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar e implementar servicios backend, lógica de negocio y APIs REST usando Java, Spring Boot, e Hibernate.
- Optimizar el rendimiento, la escalabilidad y la confiabilidad de aplicaciones empresariales.
- Colaborar con equipos de diseño, frontend y producto para entregar soluciones técnicas alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.
- Revisar código, aplicar estándares de desarrollo y apoyar al crecimiento técnico del equipo.
- Resolver problemas complejos en ambientes productivos y realizar análisis de causa raíz.
- Mantener y escribir pruebas unitarias e integradas para garantizar la calidad del software.

**Idioma**:Inglés avanzado conversacional (interactúa de manera efectiva con equipos internacionales)
