Descripción y detalle de las actividades
Procurar el requerimiento de materiales para las ordenes de manufactura en tiempo y forma. Elaborar y actualizar reporte de análisis de demanda y capacidades en forma consistente. Programar y crear ordenes de manufactura para áreas de producción (Operaciones), asegurando disponibilidad de material para que operaciones las procese. Programar y crear órdenes de compra de materia prima en tiempo para su arribo antes de que se requiera Elaborar y actualizar análisis de cortos de material a corto y largo plazo. Generar reporte de análisis de inventarios y reporte de cierre mensual. Generar reportes de demanda (US & Canadá). Elaborar reporte de comparación entre inventario y producción, tasas de producción diaria, semanal y demanda entrante. Coordinar con transportista y aduanas los envíos de los diferentes materiales a la planta. Mantener níveles de inventarios libre de faltantes y excesos.
Experiência y requisitos
Profesionista LAE o Ingeniero 70% Ingles Experiência al menos 3 años Conocimiento de control de Producción Manejo de Office-Windows Uso de ASI400
