**DIR-SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSFORMATION**

**Location: Mexico**

**Opportunity**

Lead the Center of Excellence team responsible of driving Supply Chain Transformation initiatives across all Kohler Energy businesses that deliver cashflow goals, supporting operational execution and deliver a best in class on time delivery to the customer.
- Develop and implement objectives, strategies, projects, and action plans to reduce inventory.
- Strong financial acumen to develop accurate and concise metrics to demonstrate progress towards achieving the key supply chain goals at a global level.
- Managing supply chain partner engagements with comprehensive projects from conception to completion, including budget, scope, and project risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with strategic business objectives and ensure value realization through the solutions implemented.
- Extensive project management & consulting experience with a focus on supply chain solutions for Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Inventory Management.
- Drive innovation within supply chain processes through strategic use of Kinaxis Rapid Response, leveraging industry best practices across all Kohler Energy businesses.

**Skills/Requirements**
- B.B.A or B.S degree in business or related field required. Minimum 10 years direct experience in a supply chain related area with 5 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in SIOP, Demand planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management with a track recort of driving transformation and delivering significant improvement in Inventory and on time delivery.
- Exceptional analytical skills required and strong Excel, ERP, Supply Chain planning systems, with strong preference for Kinaxis Rapid Response experience.
- Strong leadership competencies and negotiation skills required.
