**What you will be doing**:

- Create, maintain and review standard project management deliverables including project plans, risk registers, kickoff presentations, status call notes, etc.
- Keep project teams (internal) and stakeholders (external) in sync on project scope
- Identify and document issues and risks for each implementation project
- Create and execute risk mitigation plans
- Create project schedule based on business analysis outcomes
- Manage internal and external stakeholders against schedule
- Provide member support throughout the project
- The Project Manager is accountable for project scope, resources and timeline

**What you will need to know/have**:

- Proficient in MS Office apps, Project Management Tools such as MS Project
- Experience in a project management position or relevant coursework
- Experience with Salesforce or enterprise CRM systems
- 4 year university degree or equivalent experience
- Personal characteristics

The Project Manager should demonstrate competence in some or all of the following:

- Make Decisions: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization
- Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities
- Plan: Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results
- Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem
