**RH**:Vicente Ramirez **Location**:Aguascalientes **Position**:GDC Transformation - Implementation Manager **What you’ll do?** - Oversee internal communications to keep employees informed and motivated regarding organizational initiatives, business strategy, vision, mission, and future roadmap. Foster platforms to drive employee engagement. - Manage the corporate intranet, "Talent," support campaigns, and coordinate events such as Open Houses and webcasts. - Identify and shape key messages, build communication strategies, and determine appropriate channels, mediums, and communication frequency based on campaign objectives. Support BCM communications. **What you’ll bring**: - Lead the Public Relations team to position Capgemini as a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services within the media landscape. - Shape media perception of Capgemini among key stakeholders and serve as the guardian of all external communications. - Implement effective communication strategies and tools to enhance Capgemini's reputation in both local and social media.
