**RELEASE TRAIN ENGINEER**

**The Role**: As a seasoned Release Train Engineer (RTE) at the heart of our Agile Release Train (ART), you will be the orchestrator of our continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) symphony. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our technological innovations are delivered with precision and agility, enabling features to flow seamlessly from conception to deployment. You will not just facilitate program-level processes within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); you will be the visionary leading the charge in automating deliveries, refining our CI/CD pipelines, and introducing feature flags for unparalleled customization.

We seek individuals not confined by the traditional boundaries of technology and process but driven by an insatiable appetite for innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Your toolkit will include an extensive knowledge base in CI/CD methodologies, adeptness in managing over-the-air updates, and a proven prowess in steering features to continuous and efficient delivery.
