THE ROLE:
YOUR IMPACT:

- Understands business and user priorities, and technical feasibility in order to prioritize the product group backlogs and manage risks.
- Help Business Partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization.
- Work hands-on with the product group teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver the product
- Defines analytics to be collected regarding the group products, and prioritizes their collection.
- Verifies that the delivered software group products meets desired business outcomes.
- Redefines the Product Group backlogs content to optimize business outcomes based on software product feedback.
- Employs and/or champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques.
- Gathers user and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements and manage the product groups roadmap.
- Communicates openly and frequently with the team.
- Actively works to remove impediments and blockers to the product groups delivery.
- Identifies risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of risks.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- BS in Computer Science or Equivalent
- 2 years experience software delivery
- Eagerness and willingness to learn Agile Product Management
- Proven track record in problem solving
- Fluent english proficiency
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelors in computer science or related field
- Prior 2 years software development experience
