Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

Our Operations team moderates millions of videos daily at a global level to ensure the contents are safe for our users. As a Quality team, we need to review and audit the contents which were moderated by our moderators, to handle appeals, providing feedback and support on policy questions.

As QA Emerging Products you will conduct quality auditing and data analysis to provide accurate and continuous quality feedback to all relevant stakeholders. You will be closely monitoring our platform content. By auditing and monitoring content, you'll join our collective efforts to optimize the implementation of our Policy guidelines with Policy Enforcement, PnP and Market Integrity teams with whom you'll have regular communications to accomplish our company's goal.

What will I be doing?
- Conduct quality assessment work by ensuring and evaluating the quality delivery of the content reviewed;
- Conduct root cause data analysis and summary;
- Provide QA reports to content quality centre team members, and act as liaison with them to ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the operation;
- Work closely with Local Operations and Safety teams, and act as escalation point of contact for policy related questions, issues and solutions;
- Conduct coaching and calibration sessions to the Content Moderation teams to ensure that operational policies and processes are being applied consistently;
- Enhance moderation policy and community safety continuously;

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
- Currently working in TnQ related areas (SME, PQA, SQA included) / in a Quality Assurance role;
- Available to work full-time and based in Mexico City.
- You pay attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends;
- Advanced english skills;
- Mandatory some Excel knowledge;
- Ability to interpret data using analysis and logic;
