**Job Title**:
Energy Sr Analyst
**Position Purpose**
Attention to the energy management system (Venstar) to support stores and the Maintenance team, 24/7 support to opening stores to ensure electrical energy for the buildings, supervision for electrical projects and electrical contracts in opening stores, support to the construction and desing department.
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Supervise electrical projects in medium voltage for opening stores.
- Supervise electrical construction in medium voltage on site.
- Track electrical contracts status for opening stores.
- Provide solutions for electrical energy service in opening stores (Power generators, provisional contracts, etc.).
- Provide HVAC and electrical engineering support for design department.
- Provide support to any electrical energy saving initiatives.
- Solve Venstar system tickets and answer questions from Maintenance Staff members.
- Manage Venstar system spare parts inventory.
**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Electrical or mechanical engineering
Years of Experience: Two to three years.
Type of Experience: Related to energy, electrical installations and hvac
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: CFE contract process
Knowledge of energy and its variables (energy, power, voltage, current, load factor, etc.)
Knowledge of electrical installations (Boards, switches, transformers, conductors) Knowledge of hvac equipments
Handling of Microsoft Office Excel Autocad, Venstar
Other/Preferred: Energy saving projects
