Assist Quality Assurance Manager in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system.
- Assist with continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen events, lean manufacturing methods, etc.
- Develop training to build quality awareness.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure production of new products or transfer of existing products are in accordance with approved data.
- Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely resolution to supplier rejections by spearheading corrective action and preventive action plans with suppliers.
- Manage suppliers’ performance and conduct audits.

Knowledge & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering or Quality Assurance related.
- 3 year Quality experience in aerospace/automotive/industrial metal chip cutting manufacturing facility.
- Previous experience using Quality management systems such as ISO/AS9100, NADCAP exposure is a plus.
- Advanced level of English.
- Strong Statistical analysis.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, schematics and relevant test and inspection equipment.
- Leadership skills to effectively help manager develop department staff.
