**Position**: BI/ Reporting Engineer

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Create, maintain and enhance Business Intelligence components (metadata, reports, metrics, dashboards). In doing so participate in data modeling, business process analysis and development of reporting functional and technical specifications.
- Write and maintain technical documentation supporting BI deployments.
- Monitor report environment performance, logged errors and system activity to facilitate SLA management. Coordinate resolution of issues as needed.
- Provide project status and progress updates to BI Management team.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience analyzing data to support business strategy, identify insights, and drive decisions.
- Strong experience with Power BI: Proficiency in building interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience with ETL processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Expertise in SQL for database querying, management, and optimization.
- Practical experience with Python and DAX.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to independently solve complex issues and drive improvements.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
**Even Better if You Have**:
- Experience with Tableau.
- Related certifications.
**Work Arrangement**
- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
