**Descripción y Requisitos**

- 2+ year of professional-level analysis/engineering experience (including internship/co-op experience) covering one or more of the following areas: test engineering/analysis, gear manufacturing analysis/planning, product design/development, or program launch.**Knowledge**:

- SAP (required)
- Axalante
- Advanced understanding of interdisciplinary engineering data used in product development and engineering programs.
- Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Solid interpersonal, communications and listening skills

**Functions**:

- Initiate engineering change notices using drawing mark-ups and input from engineering.
- Communicate with the necessary technical resources to ensure design changes are understood and correctly implemented.
- Assist Engineering Support team to initiate and review proposed change requests in Axalant.
- Coordinate the changes for manufacturing part numbers in SAP LP1 as they relate to our ECR/ECO’s.
- Meet with internal customers on a regular basis and discuss quality of service issues.
- Answer and resolve any customer related inquiries and/or complaints.
- Assist project coordinators by initiating Axalant ECR/ECO required as an output of their customer service requests.
- Work with quality and manufacturing in the plant on the development and implementation of ERP systems.
