We are seeking a Project Manager/Process Manager to join our Team Transformations at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Process & Project Manager at Marsh,

**We will count on you to**:

- Coordinate, supervise and manage organizational transformation projects to achieve significant and sustainable changes in the way the company operates and adapts to market challenges.
- Process mapping, process analysis capability, automation implementation, process improvements.
- Manage regional initiatives and projects.
- Lead and manage the organizational change associated with the projects under your responsibility.
- Define project goals and strategic plan, allocate resources, and oversee project execution to ensure compliance with deadlines and expected results.
- Ensure strategic alignment and collaboration between different areas of the company.
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the impact of implemented initiatives, making continuous adjustments and improvements to ensure benefits.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor's degree with graduation in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Administration or related careers.
- More than 5 years of experience in project and process management in insurance companies or brokers
- You will be collaborative, Inquisitive and interested in customer service and best practices
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies, certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven leadership experience with reginal teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Level of English
