Store Manager - Puma Store Riviera Maya

Tus principales funciones serán:

- Directamente responsable de asegurar que la tienda consistentemente alcance o exceda ventas, KPIs y metas de rentabilidad a través de una planeación a corto y largo plazo, control de gastos, ventas y servicio.
- Garantizar consistentemente altos estándares de experiência de servicio dentro de la tienda en sincronía con los valores de marca PUMA y los estándares de servicio.
- Responsable de reclutar, entrenar, desarrollar y remplazar el alto rendimiento, gestión de resultados y de los asociados.
- Preparar y administrar evaluaciones de desempeño oportunas y precisas para cada miembro del equipo de la tienda.
- Hacer a cada miembro de la tienda responsable de cumplir o exceder expectativas de la compañía a través de conversaciones semanales de productividad, coaching diario en el momento, reconocimiento por rendimiento y acciones de desarrollo según sean necesarias.
- Invertir el 85% del horario laboral en piso de ventas, atrayendo clientes, vendiendo, y coacheando asesores.
- Comunicar y proveer retroalimentación al Area/District Manager
- Implementar, gestionar y monitorear programas de prevención de pérdidas, entrenamiento y concientización.
