Full Time - On-Site (Mexico City)
- In D. Catcher, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a Top Forbes company.
Payroll Specialist is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and processing employee compensation data to calculate payroll.

**Principle duties and tasks**:

- Collect all information on compensation such as salary increase, discounts, monthly and quarterly incentives.
- Review, enter and process payroll through an external provide.
- Calculate salaries, incentives and/or deductions with total precision
- Reflect changes that affect the net wages of each employee to dominate the payroll system.
- Respond to employee questions about payroll, benefit plans, and other pertinent matters.
- Manage the payroll provider.
- Create projects to improve the efficiency of payroll and benefits operations.
- Record the payroll calculation in the accounting system.
- Manage the payroll calendar.
- Respond to company social security inquiries and pay IMSS or INFONAVIT calculations.
- Calculate and review payroll taxes.
- Calculate, review and pay settlements and compensation of employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate - Advanced English level (interview will be done in English).
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to different projects, new processes, and learning new areas of the business as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to support the department with all projects.
- Experience working at a fact paced environment in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
