Required- Knowledge of Active Directory, and Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to manage remote environments
- Ability to effectively manage timelines and prioritize tasks with varying deadlines
- Ability to read and translate requirements from documentation
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- Take ownership of initiatives and projects, and manage time
- Provide concise and regular updates to the Cybersecurity Regional manager and IS leads.
- Professional attitude towards teammates and colleagues
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Ability to function as an effective team member
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
- Spanish|English language written/spoken fluency

Preferred
- (6) Years of experience with Windows Environments
- (1) Year of experience as an Herbalife Employee
- Infosec oriented Certifications
