**Responsibilities**:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Support production operations by troubleshooting issues related to equipment, processes, and materials.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Maintenance, to ensure smooth

manufacturing operations.

Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Identify and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Develop work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow charts, and training materials for

production personnel.

Monitor and analyze key production metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in manufacturing operations.

Support new product introductions (NPI) by collaborating with Engineering and Project teams to transition new

designs into production.

Assist in equipment selection, installation, and validation to support production expansion or process

changes.

Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to enhance problem-solving and decision-making.

Experiência y requisitos

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose production issues and implement effective solutions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Spanish** to collaborate with teams

and document processes effectively.

A proactive and self-motivated team player with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all aspects of manufacturing.

Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office and manufacturing data analysis tools.
