**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- 3+ years of experience working in the real estate/leasing field
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work with mínimal to moderate supervision
- Ability to work and communicate with people in varying disciplines with different backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**YOUR ROLE**

Once move-in dates are set, you coordinate with field services and leasing, sending out warm welcome letters and resident handbooks to new tenants. Beyond move-in, your responsibilities extend to managing annual renewals, maintaining a friendly rapport with owners and residents, and handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your dedication contributes to achieving a renewal rate of 70% or higher, demonstrating your commitment to resident satisfaction and retention
