Traffic Scheduler

We are looking for a Traffic Scheduler, to act as our company’s first point of contact for logistic matters. You will receive requests, transmit messages, track vehicles and update load information.

Responsible for coordinating, supervising and optimizing daily logistics activities. Its main objective is to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain, guaranteeing the timely delivery of loads to various internal and external clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Entering data from a variety of sources to their appropriate destination.

Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and register important information.

Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units.

Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.

Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

Use of mobile apps.

On time report generation.

Customer/driver support/care.

Pay: $10,387.98 - $25,258.34 per month
