1. Responsible for inspecting, testing and assessing and certify the product to assure it is in accomplishing with their specifications. The Quality Inspector performs audit to the process to assure the production lines are running following the Manufacturing Procedures (MP and WI), Good Manufacturing and documentation Practices (GMPs and GDPs) to kept the validated state.
2. Provides support to production line approving the line clearance and inspecting and releasing the first article.
a. Executes product inspection throughout production process stages.
b. Is responsible for review and verify the line clearance process.
c. Record testing and inspection result.
d. Notify to quality engineer any nonconforming product event identified.
e. Identifies and Segregates nonconforming product.
f. Notifies immediate superior any deviation to established quality standards.
g. Participate to update inspection technique and process control
h. Responsible or releasing raw material as applicable
i. Oversee that policies, procedures and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc) and quality system elements are properly followed.
Finished High School desired
Minimum 3-year experience in Quality Department desired
