Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Prepare and upload CADs and product design files to the internal system for review and validation by the Data Control team.
- Enter all licensed apparel products into internal tracking systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review all submission data for completeness and accuracy, reporting any inconsistencies or unusual findings to management.
- Maintain and update departmental submission trackers on a daily basis to reflect current approval status, pending feedback, and next steps.
- Create, monitor, and maintain up-to-date order confirmation boards based on Sales, Production, and client feedback and requirements.
- Communicate product comments, approvals, and required revisions to Design and Development teams clearly and promptly.
- Ensure submission files are updated quickly and correctly according to licensor or client feedback.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support on-time production and maintain alignment across all stages of the submission process.Experiência y requisitos- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.
