**_You Are: _**

**_The Opportunity _**_: _
- Take ideas and concepts, and visualize them in such a way that they are communicated effectively and compellingly for internal leaders, partners and customers
- Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system
- Directly responsible for delivering User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes and visual designs for projects.
- Collaborate effectively with other designers, UI Architect, Product management and Development team.
- Assists lead to mentor and support team
- Works on moderately complex projects/tasks.
- Assists collaboration with business development, research and prototyping, and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions
- Collects, reviews, and may assist in refining client requirements.
- Communicates analysis, recommendations, and potential design solutions verbally and through documentation to the project team.
- Assists team to stay on top of new trends in usability.
- Assists team in adhering to standards and processes.
- Assists team to collect UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience.

**_What you need _**:

- User Experience visions, UI specifications, wireframes and visual designs for projects.
- UI Architect, Product management and Development team.
- Assists lead to mentor and support team
- UX metrics
