Preventive Maintenance Engineer 5&6

**Objective**
Ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of plant equipment and facilities through proper planning, execution, and monitoring of preventive maintenance programs, guaranteeing continuity of operations and reducing unscheduled downtime.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance plans for machinery, equipment, and facilities. Monitor and analyze key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs) (MTBF, MTTR, plan compliance, etc.).
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations areas to minimize downtime.
- Propose and implement technical improvements to equipment to increase its reliability and useful life.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts and materials necessary for the timely execution of preventive maintenance.
- Document and update maintenance procedures, reports, and logs.
- Train and support technical staff in the correct execution of preventive tasks.

**Position Requirements**
- English Intermediate.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or a like)
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
