**Job Functions**
Review all purchases invoices in order to follow Group Policies and elaborate bookings ensuring the accuracy of the accountant books.
- Preparation of month end closing reports for local tax purposes including prepare and present tax declarations and social contributions
- Prepare monthly Accountant closing reports for the Management
- Prepare monthly Bank reconciliations of all operating and administrative accounts.
- Preparation of month end closing reports for HQ.
- Ensure and control accuracy of the Company’s financial information.
- Elaborate and ensure of correct booking and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
- Elaborate payroll calculations and Ensure of correct booking and preparation of monthly reports of payroll and related expenses.
- Preparation of daily cash flow and its forecast according approved budget.
- Prepare payment proposal to providers
- Coordination and control of the company's physical and electronic files on accountant systems.
**Planning and budgeting cycles for the Organization.**
- Analysis and discussion of financial information Vs budget with local management.Qualifications/Experience
Public Accountant, Finance postgraduated, MBA its a plus.
Software knowledge: Windows Office, ERP, Aspel,etc. Banking systems. SAT and authorities systems
Language: Fluid English
Team work, communication, goal achievements, hands on, proactive.
