Tasks
1.1. Assume the lead role in defining the automated functional test strategy. 1.2. Define test automation standards and conventions.
1.3. Interface and development activities to support the launch of new products.1.4. Responsible of assign and supervise projects related with evaluation, construction of test equipment and test implementation as well as to provide training to respective engineers.1.5. Development and implementation of test procedures, test systems and Software design for New products. 1.6. Management of large projects.

**Qualifications**:
This Job Description is not limited to any other job related activities that might arise. 1.Assures that all Test Systems methods, procedures, and specifications are available in a controlled and understandable format for Testing support group, as well as perfectly clear in operation for Production floor operators. Responsible that these procedures and specifications produce reliable measurement and data to obtain at end a good quality and confident product. 2. Development of test system for new products.
3. Designing of first prototype since wiring, configuration and system integration. 4. Participate as direct link with any Transfer or NPI products to Nogales. 5. Monitoring of test process to determine opportunities and implement actions to eliminate those. 6. Prepare statistical reports and records for test systems for Up time control. 7. Publish projects advances and goals, and show it to other areas.
8. Collaborate with other manufacturing sites, suppliers, and customers in projects oriented to improve the overall process. 9. Promote training for dept. technicians. 10. Organize and keep track of equipment and materials needed for project development. 11. Devises testing improvements and promote the implementation of new test techniques. 12. Supervises Test Eng. and In-Circuit Test personnel.
13. Provide software and hardware tools to Product Engineering. 14. Develop methodologies for test and software development.
Electronic Engr Degree, 75% or more English
Very good knowledge on Automotive and Radio frequency standards. Very good knowledge on RF Test Equipment.Skills in RF Hardware trouble-shooting. Skills to manage large projects. Skills to work in a multidisciplinary team. Skills to develop micro code (assembly language), Knowledge in Visual Basic, Ansi C, Software. Knowledge in Win200, WinNT, LAB Windows CVI and win95. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
