**This job opportunity is open for relocation to Panamá, Juan Dia**

**In this role you will**
- Manage the product life cycle (technical risk assessment, process control strategy, continuous process verification, process robustness evaluation).
- Introduction and identification of new products and technical transfer to other GMS plants / third party manufacturers, change control and risk management.
- Primary point of contact for all aspects of current and prior product knowledge, performance, and end-to-end process.
- Responsible at plant level for maintaining this knowledge and sharing it locally and globally as appropriate. Ensure risks are identified and escalated as appropriate and mitigation plans are in place and agreed within the appropriate quality systems.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes in the technical area, being the promoter in the implementation and execution of GPS systems.
- Promote and propose projects for the introduction of new technologies and improvement of processes; seeking to optimize plant resources and improve process KPIs.

Why you?_**

Qualifications & Skills:

- University degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering or related careers
- 3+ years of experience similar roles.
- English level: intermediate
- Spanish level: advanced
- Microsoft Office knowledge

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- SAP Knowledge
