**SR. ANALYST DIRECT TAXES**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the correct and timely presentation of the Declarations of Provisional Income Tax and VAT payments on a monthly and annual basis. As well as withholdings monthly.
- Responsible for the correct registration of ISR, Deferred ISR, ESPS and Deferred ESPS provisions at the end of the month.
- Prepare and submit information returns (DIM) and electronic accounting.
- Address the fiscal requirements derived from SAT´s home visits, internal and external audits, and other requirements that may be requested. As well as follow up on requests that arrive through the tax mailbox and any tax review matter.
- Review and maintain current access codes to the SAT portal (E-Signature and Digital Seal Certificate).
- Review and approve the tax opinion and the transfer pricing study. Including deliver information and continuous communication with the external advisors.
- Responsible for the work papers for Income Tax (Tax Accounting Reconciliation), Annual PTU, Deferred Income Tax, Deferred PTU under the applicable regulations.
- Recommend, review, and actively participate in any project and/or proposals to automate and streamline the tax determination and recognition processes.
- Interpret and communicate the new tax reforms/changes.

**Education / Skills**
- Bachelor: Accounting degree (Taxes)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Result Orientated (required)
- Technical experience: + 5 years in taxes / Finance / External Audit (preferred)
- SAP knowledge (required)
- English-language skills (advanced)
