**What will you be doing?**
The SAP Development Process and Tools manager will manage and lead all activities around tools supporting development - ChaRM, code conflict, retrofit, code merge between landscapes and retrofitting of code between landscapes. They will be responsible for providing direction, guidance on deliverables and manage interactions through tools for projects serviced by Enterprise Solutions. This is a new role. This role is accountable for managing all process and improvements to streamline processes for all projects. This role works with PMO to define all KPIs and reporting required This role will partner with development teams to execute activities to support keeping landscapes in synch and ensuring the integrity of our code base. They will be accountable for defining processes for these tools. This position will also play an active role in testing and cutover activities to support the deployments.
Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10 - 15 years of SAP hands on experience with focus on development and governance processes
- Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are preferred: SAP S/4, SAP HANA, SAP SolMan, SAP Charm
- 1+ year working on Global Template projects
- Team player open to working in a highly collaborative onshore/offshore environment
- Experience with training teams.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with higher levels of the organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Strong collaboration skills across functional and technical teams and multiple vendors / partners
- Leadership and strategy Collaboration & Negotiation Skills Coaching/Facilitation skills (as promoted by the Agile Coaching Institute), including but not limited to Levels of Listening Conflict Resolution Training techniques
