Mexico Communications Lead

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Global Operations prioritizes putting customers and partners first by developing the workforce of the future. This involves strategic, inclusive, and collaborative working culture. Message, implement and measure sustained executive, field, channel or employee communications strategies and plans to advance the company’s corporate image, drive employee alignment and engagement, enable selling success or promote executive visibility.

Develop internal and external leadership platforms and content and manage speaker placements and prep. Focus may be global, national, regional, sub-regional or local in scope. Ensure communications align with company’s brand identity and messaging framework.

**How you will make your mark**:

- Develop, drive and evaluate employee, field or channel communications strategies and programs to drive desired behavior.
- Understand the communications needs of various internal audiences (i.e., field, senior leaders, HR, first-level managers, all employees) crafting messages that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes.
- Provide employee, field or channel consultancy to recommend best-fit solution to meet marketing or business objective.
- Manage and direct assigned agencies or contractors.
- Manage functional budgets.

**About you**:

- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism or marketing.
- Solid writing and editing skills - some peer or manager edits typically needed.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Organization and program management skills.
- Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies, tools and vehicles.
