**The Job**
The Data & Insights Analyst will work closely with D&I Manager to support the AdSales & Revenue teams with online and offline data.

The Data and Insights Sr Analyst will lead Warner Bros. Discovery in harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance across multiple platforms, specifically in the monetization areas of AdSales, Affiliates and Creative Brand Solutions. The Sr. Analyst is a key strategic and functional leader that works in strategic projects associated to new revenue streams (streaming) and the protection of the core business (Paid TV) of WBD.

**The Daily - Major Activities**

**Protection of the core business (80%)**
- Develop and implement data strategies to support our WBD performance, focusing on a multiplatform environment. Leading the integration of the available information into the Business Units established routines.
- Play a key role in strategic projects and initiatives to safeguard our linear business, particularly supporting Content & Programming, Affiliates and AdSales.
- Provide recommendations to internal clients (AdSales, Distribution, Games, Consumer Product) based on in-depth research related to audience, trends, new technology, consumer habits, among others.
- Running audience analysis through tv tools, campaign, and consumer panels.
- Responsible to build and send audience reports and create recommendations to clients.
- Deep knowledge pulling and optimizing tv campaign and media data to create post buy analysis.
- Generate data visualizations.
- Transform data to insights to AdSales teams.

**Key Projects of Data & Insights (20%)**
- Responsible for supporting new projects related to the performance analysis of clients (ex. brand lift studies) or projects that will map opportunities: 1) In sectors like bet, auto, finance etc. 2) In genres like sports, general entertainment, kids to build competitive insights and arguments to support a strong storytelling for the AdSales team to use with their clients.
- Elaborate documents and Papers for our partners to present to their clients, offering new trends, information about the market and customer behavior.

- Strong data and analytic abilities
- Knowledge using IBOPE/Kantar media tools including TechEdge
- TGI or GWI
- 100% Excel & data tools (Tableau / Power BI)
- Fluent English
